Your main objective will be to centralize operational and financial information to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: * **Dashboard Management:** Create and maintain control dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for monitoring operational KPIs. * **Profitability Analysis:** Identify deviations in operational costs and propose data-driven action plans. * **Data Mining:** Extract and clean information from various sources (ERP, GPS/Telematics, Excel) to ensure accurate reporting. * **Executive Reporting:** Prepare periodic reports for department management. * **Continuous Improvement:** Detect service behavior patterns to optimize service efficiency.
