With an established presence in Mexico City (CDMX) and the Metropolitan Area, we stand out for service excellence and process standardization. **Our Offer:** * **Gross Monthly Salary:** $13,000\. * **Statutory Benefits:** Effective from the first day of employment. * **Job Stability:** Contract with potential transition to permanent indefinite-term employment. * **Incentives:** Monthly bonuses based on productivity metrics. **Work Location and Schedule:** * **Location:** Mobility across Álvaro Obregón, Coyoacán, Benito Juárez, and Miguel Hidalgo boroughs. * Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with one fixed weekday off. * Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, depending on the branch. **Desired Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (incomplete or completed) in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields (it is mandatory not to be currently enrolled in studies). * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising retail outlets, clinics, or service-sector operations. * Strong sense of punctuality, assertive communication, leadership by example, and strict adherence to regulations and procedures. * **Professional Appearance:** Formal executive presentation. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Personnel Management:** Leadership and direct supervision of the operational team at the branch. * **Service Quality:** Personalized customer service and resolution of incidents (in-person and via telephone). * **Operational Auditing:** Verification of compliance with institutional policies, manuals, and procedures. * **Comprehensive Support:** Assistance with critical daily activities (cash handling, inventory management, supply reception, and telephone support). * **Mobility:** Willingness to commute daily to any branch located within the designated zone.
