This position is critical to the design and development of electrical harness systems for industrial equipment. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and development of wire harness systems for industrial equipment. * Preparation of technical documentation: BOMs, wiring/splice diagrams, assembly drawings, and assembly time calculations. * Compliance with industrial standards, regulations, and customer-specific requirements. * Identification and resolution of technical issues in harness systems. * Collaboration with engineering, production, and technical staff to ensure project success. * Technical support to the commercial area during RFQ processes. * Material selection and specification. * Active participation in continuous improvement initiatives (process, product, and organization). **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. * Proven experience as a wire harness engineer or in a similar role. * Proficiency in CAD software and engineering tools. * Ability to perform and document engineering calculations. * Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. * Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and standards. * Advanced English proficiency. * Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
