Office-based work for reports, documentation, and photo library organization Job Description Perform rapid visual assessments of individual trees to provide pruning guidance, complete required annexes in the technical evaluation report for individual and group trees. Capture and record the location of evaluated trees using technological tools. Attend the office as needed to perform office-based tasks (e.g., reports, documentation, progress updates, photo library organization, etc.). Requirements: * Hold a valid Tree Evaluation Specialist certification. * Knowledge of Forest Regulation and Normative Framework of CDMX * Knowledge of CDMX tree evaluation procedures * Ability to analyze biological information * Familiarity with the Environmental Protection Law for Land in the Federal District Skill(s) and Competency(ies): * Results orientation * Teamwork * Proactivity * Strategic planning * Analysis and problem-solving * Logical-Mathematical reasoning Work Location: On-site employment
