Education: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Transport, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (completed or incomplete). Flexible working hours. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily traffic operations, ensuring timely and proper service delivery. \* Recover documents properly signed and stamped by the customer. Track shipments to final destination. \* Delivery receipts for goods at destinations, material return documentation, and forms prepared for account settlement, submitted to respective departments for corresponding processing. * Analyze performance indicators and strategic information to develop work plans and procedures to achieve job objectives. \* Supervise the team to ensure adherence to loading and unloading timeframes.
