**Job Title:** Systems Assistant (Networks and Support) **Summary:** Hardware/software technical support and network infrastructure maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * On-site and remote technical support. * Network problem diagnosis and resolution. * Configuration and maintenance of network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls). * Preventive and corrective hardware maintenance. * Incident management and technical documentation. * Diagnosis and repair of basic electronic failures. * Installation and maintenance of video surveillance systems (IP cameras, DVR/NVR). **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Networks or Computer Science. * Proven experience in technical support and network administration. * Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN network configuration. * Proficiency with network diagnostic tools. * Familiarity with Windows operating systems. * **VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT).** **Skills:** * Network and hardware troubleshooting. * Effective communication and customer service. * Teamwork capability. * Organization and time management.
