At HOLTMONT, we seek a Safety and Hygiene Supervisor committed to risk prevention and compliance with safety regulations within our operations. The role is responsible for overseeing, implementing, and monitoring industrial safety activities, promoting a safe working environment for all staff. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene regulations at the plant and on projects. * Identify unsafe acts and conditions, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and prepare reports. * Coordinate safety inductions, training sessions, and safety talks for staff. * Monitor proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Investigate incidents and accidents, generating reports and action plans. * Verify work permits and compliance with safety procedures. * Maintain up-to-date documentation and records related to safety and hygiene. * Support internal and external audits. Requirements: * Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Safety and Hygiene, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of industrial safety standards and risk prevention. * Experience supervising safety and hygiene activities. * Proficiency in computer tools and report writing. * Willingness to work onsite. * Proactivity, leadership, and strong communication skills.
