VENUSTIANO CARRANZA 485, SAN LUIS POTOSI, CENTRO. **Responsibilities:** \- Assist in coordinating and supervising staff, increase organizational profitability by designing sales strategies. \- Monitor achievement of objectives and commercial proposals, as well as ensure proper follow-up of each department's processes. \- Manage the store's sales team \- Assist in employee training and development \- Help customers with inquiries and problem resolution \- Administrative tasks \- Constant communication with leaders and consultation regarding job openings or closures. \- Adherence to store objectives.
