




Job Summary: You will be responsible for managing customer service, guidance, and follow-up, including preparing quotations and administering orders. Key Responsibilities: 1. DE C.V. is a Mexican company originating from the town of Atlacomulco, State of Mexico. Its sales management and rapid response to customers have positioned the company as a benchmark for hardware product handling in the region. Therefore, the General Management strategy has been to increase responsiveness capacity and make its processes more efficient. You will be responsible for managing customer service, guidance, and follow-up within the aisles of the hardware store; your tasks will include: * Customer guidance on products and their operation * Timely follow-up on products and quotations * Preparation of quotations * Order administration * Sales information handling * Generation of sales records * Providing customers with product and promotion information And other related duties Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $8,429.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Education: * Incomplete or ongoing bachelor’s degree (Desirable) Experience: * Sales support experience: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
