




* Identify and analyze staffing needs for operational personnel (in-house security guards) and administrative staff, aligned with active services and new contract openings. * Post and manage job vacancies on job boards, social media, recruitment modules, and other strategic channels. * Conduct **field recruitment**, visiting assigned areas, job boards, job fairs, strategic locations, and operational sites for direct candidate sourcing. * Screen and evaluate applications and resumes according to company-defined profiles and sector-specific regulations. * Interview candidates in person and by phone, assessing experience, availability, reliability, and service attitude. * Verify mandatory documentation (IDs, proof of address, employment letters, military service records, among others). * Administer psychometric assessments, reliability interviews, and pre-selection processes. * Verify employment references and background checks per internal guidelines. * Compile complete candidate files and prepare candidate reports for hiring approval. * Monitor onboarding, induction, and assignment to services. * Maintain updated recruitment records, databases, and key performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations and specific requirements for private security.
