Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in personnel management, leadership, and skills to coordinate activities, implement improvements, and manage reports. Generation of performance programs and reports A company dedicated to assembling new and recycled pallets is looking for a ***Production Supervisor*** with at least one year of experience in the field and the following competencies: * Personnel management experience * Leadership * Teamwork * Work quality * Planning and organization * Effective communication * Problem solving Responsibilities: * Generate daily cutting schedule * Coordinate and monitor daily activities of assigned personnel * Monitor proper use of PPE * Train new hires * Implement machinery operation instructions and material filter guidelines * Deliver and communicate performance indicator reports * Analyze, propose, and implement improvements in production processes and procedures.
