Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in personnel management, leadership, and the ability to coordinate activities, implement improvements, and manage reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of personnel activities 2. Implementation of improvements in production processes 3. Delivery and communication of performance reports A company specializing in assembling new and recycled pallets is seeking a ***Production Supervisor*** with at least one year of experience in this field and possessing the following competencies: * Personnel management experience * Leadership * Teamwork * Work quality * Planning and organization * Effective communication * Problem solving Responsibilities: * Generate daily cutting schedule * Coordinate and supervise daily activities of assigned personnel * Monitor proper use of PPE * Train new hires * Implement machinery operation instructions and material filtration procedures * Deliver and communicate performance indicator reports * Analyze, propose, and implement improvements to production processes and procedures.
