




**Objective:** Timely and accurate execution of the production program, adhering to current safety and quality standards, ensuring the correct quantities of raw materials entering the process area, their proper addition and/or transformation, and transfer to the packaging area. **Responsibilities:** * Review weighing records and collect folio prior to preparation start. * Assign batch numbers to products prepared in the process area; in the absence of the production leader, also assign batches for oil, powders, and vinegars. * Initiate product preparation sequences and product transfer within the process computer control system. * Release and adjust product prior to packaging. * Perform, supervise, and manage equipment and process line washes. * Review, record, and control final volume measurements in sauce and starch cooking through material balance calculations. * Ensure implementation of changes in process standards. * Personnel management. * Accurately complete product tickets, process logs, and cleaning records. **Education:** High School Diploma **Specialized Knowledge:** Pumps, heat exchangers, raw material weighing scales, heat transfer processes.
