




Job Description: About the Company A leading industrial recycling company is seeking a Payroll Coordinator based in Querétaro to join its team. Job Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field * Minimum of 2 to 3 years of verifiable experience in payroll roles SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE IN: * Payroll calculation and processing for more than 300 employees * Employee termination settlements * SUA payment calculations * Compaq Nominas * Ability to execute basic functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel SKILLS: * Planning * Organization * Attention to Detail * Teamwork * Time Management * Results-Oriented ATTITUDES: * Honesty * Confidentiality * Strong sense of responsibility * Availability of time Job Responsibilities: * Record, track, and manage attendance incidents (vacations, permissions, disabilities, etc.) * Prepare preliminary payroll (handling various shifts, overtime, etc.) * Create and maintain employee personnel files * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Support HR-related events * Assist in creating payroll reports and other related documents * Maintain an organized archive of up-to-date payroll documentation * Assist in resolving employee inquiries regarding payroll * Apply deductions and prepare corresponding requests for third-party payments such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc. * Other related duties Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Option for indefinite contract * Discounted cafeteria service Work Location: On-site position
