For this reason, we are seeking new talent for the position of **Payroll Analyst**, who will strengthen and contribute to the team of this great company! **What do you need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field * 1–2 years of payroll experience * Knowledge of salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions * Incident management * Payroll-related taxes * Knowledge of Mexican labor laws * Advanced Excel proficiency * SAT platforms **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Preparation of weekly and biweekly payrolls * Employee onboarding and offboarding * Risk Premium declaration * Requesting incidents from departments * Preparing employee severance packages and/or settlements accurately and on time * Sending to relevant departments confirmation documents for employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications at the time they occur * IMSS and FONACOT transactions * Providing prompt and effective assistance regarding payroll payment inquiries, general deductions, bonuses, etc. * Generating reports * Distributing payroll receipts accurately and on time * Calculating and reviewing payments If you seek a company where your ideas can make an impact and where you can contribute innovative solutions to transportation operations, we want to meet you—apply through this channel. **Don’t wait any longer—join TransCooler!** **Work Location:** Cda. de Mariano Escobedo 63, Mariano Escobedo, 54942 Buenavista, Méx.
