




**REGIONAL TRUCKING GROUP.** **SEEKING: OPERATORS COORDINATOR.** * **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field focused on service and personnel support. * **SALARY RANGE:** $20,000–$25,000 per month, before taxes (negotiable). * **AGE:** 30–40 years old. **FUNCTION.** A professional responsible for managing and supervising the tractor-trailer (fifth-wheel) driver team; serves as the liaison between drivers and various administrative departments. **KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:** * Driver (fifth-wheel) support and service (monitoring their needs and concerns). * Collaborates with the management department to assign units to newly hired drivers. * Ensures units assigned to newly hired drivers meet mechanical, aesthetic, and safety standards required for operation. * Collaborates with the management department to “reassign” units to active drivers. * Coordinates rest days and vacation days (number of days) jointly with the Traffic Department. * Coordinates vacation pay processing with Human Resources. * Processes driver loan requests to the Settlements Department (with management authorization). * Ensures compliance with road safety regulations and manages preventive and corrective maintenance for units assigned to both new and active drivers. * Handles clarifications regarding performance reports and fuel deductions (where applicable). * Supports tracking of training programs for newly hired drivers. * Monitors fault reports submitted by drivers to the Workshop Department. * Directly coordinates with Management and the Workshop Department regarding repairs reported by drivers. **SKILLS:** Effective communication, problem-solving ability, basic knowledge of logistics and transportation, responsibility, dynamism, and proactivity.
