Position Summary: Responsible for implementing and supervising operational programs, managing resources, and coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring communication and regulatory compliance. Ensures communication and customer service **Key Responsibilities:** **Execution and Monitoring:** Implement and supervise operational programs, reporting incidents. **Order Management:** Assign resources and track advances, reimbursements, and deviations. **Resource Administration:** Verify availability of units/trailers and coordinate maintenance. **Monitoring and Communication:** Maintain contact with drivers, customers, and monitoring systems to ensure route compliance. **Document Control:** Validate stamping of orders, waybills, and reports on customer portals. **Incident Management:** Report administrative, road safety, or operational incidents. **Shift Handover:** Prepare detailed reports to ensure operational continuity. **Safety and Best Practices:** Promote safe driving habits. **Customer Service:** Provide support and maintain effective communication with internal and external customers. **Requirements:** Experience in operations, logistics, or transportation. Availability to work rotating shifts. Communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
