**TLE NUEVO LAREDO IS SEEKING A LOGISTICS ASSISTANT / UNIT DISPATCHER:** We are Grupo ATC, a leading company in the Logistics Transportation sector with national and international reach, providing our clients with the best service by safely transporting their goods, supported by a top-tier talent network. REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school education Intermediate Excel skills Minimum 1 year of experience in a transportation company or in a similar position Proficiency in Microsoft Office RESPONSIBILITIES: * \-Review and validate customer loading/unloading documentation, as well as documentation for assets (tractors and trailers), to ensure compliance with operational requirements. * \-Review and validate completion of the dispatch checklist to ensure all necessary verifications have been performed before unit departure. * \-Generate and link customer data with the operations platform to share real-time cargo status. * \-Verify and ensure that operators wear proper PPE to guarantee their safety and regulatory compliance. * \-Inspect and verify unit seals to comply with security protocols and ensure cargo integrity. **SCHEDULE:** * 2 DAYS ON DAY SHIFT: 7:00 AM TO 7:00 PM * 2 DAYS ON NIGHT SHIFT: 7:00 PM TO 7:00 AM * 2 DAYS OFF (Some weeks require working a fifth day due to operational needs; additional compensation is provided separately from base salary.)
