Technical coordination with multidisciplinary teams ALTEN Mexico is seeking a **Junior Service Designer** to collaborate across departments to design and develop service functionalities in systems or software, with a focus on **automotive functional safety**. Key Responsibilities * **Functional Safety (ISO 26262\)**: Support activities across the lifecycle and documentation (Safety Plan, Safety Case). * **Technical and risk analysis**: Participation in HARA, FMEA, and FTA. * **Requirements management**: Creation, organization, and traceability of technical and safety requirements. * **Validation**: Support for testing (HIL and vehicle) and review of results. * **Problem resolution**: Analysis of incidents and root causes. * **Technical coordination**: Communication with systems, software, hardware, and validation teams. * **Continuous improvement**: Benchmarking and documentation of lessons learned. Key Requirements * **Experience**: 1 to 3 years. * **Education**: Engineering degree (Systems, Mechatronics, Electrical, Software, Mechanical, etc.). * **Technical English**: Intermediate level. Key Competencies * Systems thinking * Problem analysis (FMEA, root cause) * Technical documentation * Basic knowledge of automotive electronics (CAN, ECU) Desirable Knowledge * ISO 26262 (HARA, ASIL) * Tools such as ANSYS Medini or DOORS * FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) * V-Model (system/software development) * Basic programming (Python or C) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.81 \- $16,000\.72 per month Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: Remote
