We perform preventive, predictive, and corrective inspections, tests, and maintenance on the fire protection system across the entire BMW complex for the following equipment: Fire alarm system (FAS) (ALARM SYSTEMS) * Notifier-brand systems. * Control and monitoring panels. * Notification power supplies. * Smoke\-heat\-duct smoke detectors. * Gas detectors. * UV/IR flame detectors. * Vesda systems. * Osid systems. * Manual call points. * Notification appliances (sirens and strobes). Fire Protection System (FPS); * Diesel-engine fire pumps. * Electric fire pumps. * Wet-pipe sprinkler systems (riser). * Dry-pipe sprinkler systems. * Dry-barrel hydrants. * Post indicator valves (PIV). Activities and Responsibilities. * FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN * PERFORM INSPECTIONS * MAINTENANCE AND INSTALLATION OF FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS * ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT * CUSTOMER SUPPORT * COMPLETE WORK ORDERS ON TIME AND AS REQUIRED * SUBMIT FORMS * PROPERLY ORGANIZE GENERATED DOCUMENTATION * MAINTAIN EQUIPMENT IN OPTIMAL CONDITION FOR OPERATION * PROVIDE IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS REPORT IDENTIFIED FAILURES. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** * Basic low-voltage knowledge * General mechanics * Basic electronics knowledge * Microsoft * Industrial safety * Lifting devices * Work at heights **We Offer:** Statutory benefits, uniforms, transportation, 5% attendance bonus, 5% punctuality bonus, grocery vouchers.
