Job Summary: Logistics and Transportation professional responsible for active communication with customers, service coordination, and shipment tracking to ensure efficient deliveries. Key skills: teamwork, analytical, proactive, and organized **Requirements**: \*Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Transportation or related field. \*Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation and logistics lines. \*Knowledge of USA/MX routes. \*Bilingual (MANDATORY). \*Flexible working hours. \*Skills: Teamwork, Analytical thinking, Initiative, Dynamism, Proactivity, Organization, Ability to work under pressure, Planning ability, Problem-solving orientation. **Responsibilities**: \*Active communication with customers from the beginning to the end of services. / Full tracking responsibility. \*Schedule unloading appointments. \*Request export service crossing documents timely and accurately to meet the original appointment. \*Create shipping orders in the system with corresponding fields. \*Track services via status reports to customers during scheduled timeframes. \*Answer phone calls, emails, and chats. \*Coordinate and position empty equipment according to the required pool. \*Track customer pools and follow up to ensure loading or unloading of services. \*Prepare and send Confirmation Letters to suppliers. \*Contract freight when required. \*Review weekly reports on pending invoices to identify outstanding items. \*Contract suppliers for crossings and positioning of empty equipment. \*Update customer portals or EDI systems as requested or required by customers during specified timeframes. \*Notify any shipment anomalies in writing and verbally before or during transit, including any anomalies affecting normal transit. \*Ensure timely execution of crossings as scheduled; maintain daily and continuous communication with internal involved departments. \*Document pending items and follow up accordingly. \*Monitor maintenance of assigned containers and immediately notify the maintenance department for prompt repair.
