




Job Summary: We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Support professional to assist with CX and continuous improvement activities, including gathering ideas and tracking implementation progress. Active role in implementing and tracking improvements. ***CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SUPPORT*** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree ***Requirements:*** * Engineering or Bachelor’s degree * Basic knowledge of continuous improvement; experience in coordination, internal events, and visual/written communication (presentations, reports, flyers, dashboards) * Basic to intermediate English * Graphic design ***Experience in:*** Production / Processes / Operations ***Job Objectives:*** Support CX and continuous improvement activities at the plant ***Job Responsibilities:*** * Collect ideas generated by the EDT * Track implementation of improvements * EDT recognition programs * Organize training sessions * Document processes Ability to train/educate plant teams Interested candidates should apply through this channel.
