WE ARE SEEKING: **Computer Systems Engineer.** **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Respond to and log user technical support requests (hardware, software, networks, printers, email, etc.). * Install, configure, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and peripherals. * Administer and install networks: cabling, switches, routers, access points, repeaters. * Install and provide support for Microsoft Office suite. * Assist users in operating the company’s information systems and IT tools. * Backup and restore data in case of failures. * Apply software updates and security patches. * Perform basic perimeter security administration. * Administer and support NVRs, DVRs, and IP cameras. * Support technology implementation projects. **REQUIREMENTS**: * **Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Computer Systems or related field.** **WE OFFER:** * **Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** * Monthly gross salary: **$21,000.00 MXN** * Job stability * Statutory benefits * *On-site position* Employment type: Full-time Salary: $21,000.00 MXN per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * Computer Systems Engineer: 1 year (mandatory) Work location: On-site
