Job Summary: Visit customers to inform them about the status of their credit and encourage timely payment as well as continued use of their Coppel and BanCoppel credit accounts. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service experience and fieldwork. 2. Commitment to continuous customer improvement. 3. Part of a company with strong values. The origins of Coppel stores date back to 1941, when Mr. Luis Coppel Rivas, together with his son Enrique Coppel Tamayo, decided to relocate from Mazatlán to Culiacán, Sinaloa, to open a small shop named "El Regalo," which later began selling radios and watches. After World War II, customers lacked liquidity for cash purchases, giving rise to their desire for credit. Thus, Mr. Luis Coppel and his son Enrique decided to invest all their savings to sell furniture on credit through comfortable weekly installments. Consequently, trusting the customer's word transformed "El Regalo" into a furniture store operating under a credit system—and it was then that it adopted the name "Coppel," as customers had begun calling it. Over time, new product lines were introduced, including apparel. The rest is a story of hard work and dedication grounded in solid principles such as simplicity, trust, and open dialogue with customers.
