Job Summary: We are seeking a BAR MANAGER to prepare and serve beverages, innovate in cocktail creation, and maintain an immaculate work area. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a candidate to fill the position of: **"BAR MANAGER"** With the following knowledge: * Mixology (beverage blending and cocktail preparation) * Wines, spirits, distilled liquors * Classic and modern cocktail preparation. RESPONSIBILITIES * Receive and serve guests following established procedures, ensuring correct and timely preparation of requested beverages. * Ensure beverages are prepared according to specified standards. * Keep work area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized. * Plan, innovate, and update beverage offerings based on guidelines defined by management and major industry trends. * Ensure the beverage bar is adequately stocked at all times.
