SEARS Credit Center is seeking Weekend Telephone Agents: **Responsibilities:** * Telephone customer service * Follow up on Express Credits * Approve credit lines * Call center operations **Work Schedule:** * Saturday and Sunday: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM 1 hour for lunch and 20 minutes for break. Minimum requirements include prior customer service experience, strong verbal communication skills, computer proficiency, and enthusiasm for providing telephone-based customer service.
