




Main Responsibilities * Ensure optimal communication both within and outside the hotel. * Manage all telephone calls, whether internal, domestic, or international. * Provide information regarding the services offered by the establishment. * Deliver a service that leaves customers with happy memories. * Centralize all phone lines, extensions, and communication services in the telephone department using a telephone switchboard.
