(Your Mission):** You will be the key liaison between our customers and the technical team, ensuring each service is executed on time and without errors. * **Scheduling:** You will design service schedules and register new contracts in our digital platforms. * **360° Coordination:** You will maintain constant communication with customers, suppliers, and technicians to ensure everyone is aligned. * **Resources:** You will coordinate with the warehouse to ensure materials and equipment arrive on time for the service. * **Technical Follow-up:** You will conduct verifications (remote validations or on-site spot checks) to confirm successful technical installation. * **Administrative Closure:** You will manage evidence, close service orders, and update the database to authorize billing. **Profile We Are Seeking:** We seek a service-oriented attitude and strong organizational skills. * **Education:** Completed high school diploma (Mandatory). Technical certifications are a plus! * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles (control center, logistics, service coordination, technical call center). * **Age:** Preferably 22 years or older. * **Tech Skills:** Intermediate Excel proficiency (tables, filters, databases) and basic knowledge of any CRM or ticketing platform. **What We Offer?
