Job Summary: CMonit is seeking a Systems Developer to lead the technological optimization and evolution of collections and sales campaigns in a call center environment, playing a key operational role. Strategic role with technical judgment and a focus on operational results At **CMonit**, we are looking for a ***Systems Developer*** with experience in call center environments, capable of leading the technological optimization and evolution of our collections and sales campaigns. This role is critical to operations. We seek a strategic individual with technical judgment and a focus on operational results. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and optimize internal systems for call center operations. * Administration and integration of dialing platforms (e.g., Asterisk, Vicidial, or similar). * Integration and maintenance of CRM systems and databases. * Automation of operational KPI reports and dashboards. * Optimization of business rules, database assignment, and dialing strategies. * Technical supervision of call center technology infrastructure. * Technical documentation and proposals for improvement. * Specialized technical support and incident resolution. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in systems development. * Preferred experience in call centers—though not exclusive—in (collections, sales, or telephone customer service). * Proficiency in backend development (PHP, Python, or similar). * Advanced database management skills (SQL Server). * Experience integrating APIs. * Knowledge of IP telephony and auto-dialer architecture. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $15,000. * Statutory benefits. * Enhanced benefits: * 20 days of year-end bonus. * Life insurance. * Savings plan. * Low-cost coffee. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. * Work location: Gustavo A.
