




Join our team at CHRISTUS MUGUERZA At CHRISTUS MUGUERZA, we are seeking a **PROCESS ANALYST**. **Responsibility:** * Contribute to the operational efficiency of the contact center by analyzing, developing, documenting, implementing, and continuously improving processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and information availability. **Functions:** * Collect primary information regarding processes executed in contact centers. * Update / develop manuals related to the service department and contact center processes. * Design and establish customer service processes for implementation in contact centers. * Optimize current processes for continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations in documented processes. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in implementing improvements. **Skills/Knowledge:** * Process development and optimization * Basic knowledge of quality methodologies * Basic knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies * Process analysis * Execution of simultaneous tasks * Process modeling * Basic knowledge of technologies applied to process optimization * Basic knowledge of process integration systems **Equipment, machinery and/or software proficiency**: Microsoft Office 365 (advanced Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Outlook, Teams, Visio, Miro. **Is travel required?** Yes – Domestic destinations **Relevant education**: Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Administrative Engineering with Systems specialization. **Location**: Blvd. Díaz Ordaz 130, Santa María, 64650 Monterrey, N.L.
