Job Summary: Leads and supports hardware technical support staff, ensuring maintenance, configuration, and repair of computer equipment and peripherals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of hardware technical support teams 2. Advanced component-level hardware maintenance and repair 3. Configuration and troubleshooting of computers and networks **JUD CORPORATE HARDWARE SUPPORT** **Objective**: Provide necessary support to Technical Support Management teams by leading, supporting, and supervising assigned personnel to ensure completion of departmental tasks. **Position Profile** * Education Level: University degree * Field of Study or Profession: Bachelor's or Engineering degree related to IT * Experience: 1 year in Hardware Technical Support, preferably preventive maintenance and repair of point-of-sale terminals. * Other Requirements: Standard driver's license / valid license, willingness to travel **Responsibilities** * Coordinate the Hardware Technical Support department. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on hardware owned by the service station. Maintenance ranges from cleaning to component-level repair of devices received for service. * Configure computers and peripherals for proper operation within the system. * Assemble and configure computers and servers for deployment. * Provide necessary configuration and structural solutions for cabling between PCs and various devices used at service stations (e.g., readers, writers, interfaces, POS terminals, etc.). * Receive, inspect, diagnose, and track all hardware equipment requiring warranty processing. * Support Technical Support Managers on tickets requiring technical intervention. **Knowledge & Skills** * Microsoft Office 365 * Call Center operations * Networks, communication protocols, and interfaces * Electronic measurement and testing tools and instruments * Component-level electronic knowledge of computers and printers (Advanced) * MicroSIP (Basic) * CRM and/or ERP systems **Benefits** * Base salary * Productivity bonus * Statutory benefits * Continuous training Interested candidates please share an updated CV via this channel.
