We are looking for your talent—if you meet the requirements, apply now! \*\*\*\*\*\*\*Job Objective\*\*\*\*\*\* Ensure uninterrupted operation of various services across TLV, Key Accounts, and WhatsApp channels; act as a liaison between Operations Management and WFM to maintain this continuity. Education: BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN MATHEMATICS, ACTUARIAL SCIENCE, ECONOMICS OR ADMINISTRATION, OR ENGINEERING. COMPLETED Requirements * Experience managing large-scale contact centers to provide operational compliance solutions. * Ability to handle data analysis and continuous improvement strategies, ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of business and management KPIs. * Proficiency in automation tools and ability to lead cross-functional teams, promoting innovation and service quality. * Knowledge of statistical models * Basic SQL * Intermediate Power BI * Basic Python programming knowledge * Advanced Excel * Familiarity with Customer Experience platforms, preferably Genesys Cloud Responsibilities: * Prepare statistical reports to support decision-making in sales area management. * Standardize reports for periodic tracking of strategy implementation. * Optimize internal information processes to facilitate sales performance indicator management through database administration. * Apply data security protocols (users, reports, access, and logs). * Organize and dispatch information according to priority to ensure efficient delivery. * Use data visualization tools to present information in a clear and understandable format Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM \- 6:00 PM We Offer Statutory and above-statutory benefits Monthly salary of $18000 30-day bonus (aguinaldo) 40% vacation premium Savings fund Life insurance Discounts on brand products If you are interested in this position, please share your CV via this channel or send it via WhatsApp to 5562291967\... with Erika Martínez
