




### **CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER** **Location: Plaza Toreo** **Work Modality: Call Center** **What will you do?** * You will fulfill orders previously placed by our customers in the US. * You will collect payment for orders. * You will answer questions. * You will promote product repurchases. **What do we offer?** * Monthly base salary: $12,000 a $15,000 MX * Monthly bonus of 10% (based on meeting targets) * Job stability * Ongoing training * Opportunities for growth * Legal benefits **Hours of operation:** * Monday through Friday \- 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **DAY OFF: SUNDAY** **Requirements:** * High school bachillerato: completed. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center (preferably in sales or customer service). * Excellent customer service attitude and cross\-selling skills. * Conversational and written English level B2\-C1\.
