




**JOB DESCRIPTION:** As a SUN Representative, you must: * Know service hours in order to provide accurate information to guests. * Answer the switchboard (internal and external calls) using the established phraseology. * Report room malfunctions to Maintenance. * Report guest requests to respective departments and ensure their fulfillment. * Create reservations for walk-in guests without prior registration. * Quote room rates. * Make, document, and manage reservations in the designated system. * Identify and verify hotel room availability and keep this information up to date. * Contribute to the preparation of department-specific reports. * Process reservation modifications, extensions, notifications, and cancellations. * Maintain close communication with the Front Desk and other departments. * Monitor deposits and guarantees provided by customers. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proficiency in the OPERA system. * Advanced English. * Minimum 1 year of experience in chain hotels. * Completed bachelor’s degree.
