Information management and database administration Position Objective Identify, contact, and qualify potential prospects via phone calls, digital follow-up, and database management, thereby generating real commercial opportunities for the sales department. **Functions and Responsibilities: Prospecting and Demand Generation** * Contact prospects via telephone, email, and digital channels * Identify customers' initial needs * Schedule appointments or transfer opportunities to the sales department * Follow up on unconverted prospects **Customer Service** * Answer incoming calls and requests * Provide preliminary information about products or services * Accurately route requirements **Commercial-Focused Telemarketing** * Conduct outbound calling campaigns * Reactivate inactive customers * Promote new promotions or services * Handle basic objections **Information Administration** * Data entry and database updates * Contact list cleaning and segmentation * Preparation of reports in Microsoft Excel * Use of internet for prospect research and data validation **Position Requirements: Education** * Completed high school / Technical degree / Incomplete or completed bachelor's degree **Experience** * 1 year in telephone sales, call center, customer service, or prospecting **Technical Knowledge** * Basic/intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency * Internet and search engine usage * Databases / CRM (preferred) * Customer service * Basic telephone sales techniques **Skills** * Verbal fluency * Active listening * Persistence * Organization * Consistent follow-up * Positive commercial attitude Salary: $10,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
