Main responsibilities: ● Follow up on requests and procedures related to financial products. ● Meet response timeframes and established targets. ● Ensure the customer receives the product and is ready to use it. ● Act as the “closer” for incomplete sales/procedures. Requirements: ● Minimum 1 year of experience in call center sales (preferably credit cards). ● Proficiency with computers and digital tools. ● Ability to work under pressure. ● Verbal fluency and positive attitude. ● Professional appearance. ● Age: between 20 and 30 years old. ● Gender: unrestricted. We offer: ● Biweekly base salary of $4,000 MXN net (non-contingent). ● Working hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. ● Working days: Monday to Friday (possible part-time Saturday support if sales targets for commission remain unmet). ● Workplace location: Barranca / Monrovia. ● From the first month: minor medical expense insurance, dental insurance, funeral insurance, and life insurance. ● Salary increase starting from the third month. ● Contract signing after 15 days. ● Two-day paid training: ● Day 1: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm ● Day 2: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm ● Stable and professional work environment.
