As a **Sales Appointment Setter**, you’ll be a key member of the inside sales team, responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone and scheduling appointments for the field sales team. You’ll generate interest, qualify leads, and help customers take the first step toward affordable solar energy. This is a fast\-paced, goal\-driven position with commission opportunities. Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities include: * Make outbound calls to residential leads from our database, marketing campaigns, and other sources. * Engage with potential customers to assess interest in PosiGen’s solar solutions. * Qualify prospects and schedule in\-home or virtual appointments for field sales representatives. * Follow up on warm leads and handle inbound inquiries. * Maintain accurate records of interactions and scheduled appointments in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). * Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics, including call volume and appointment quotas. * Communicate the value of solar clearly and persuasively while building trust. * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless lead handoff. **Qualifications** * 1\+ year of experience in outbound call center, telemarketing, or inside sales. * Excellent phone presence and communication skills. * Motivated by targets and performance\-based incentives. * Bilingual (English/Spanish). * Comfortable using CRM software and multitasking in a fast\-paced environment. * Passion for clean energy and helping others is a plus!
