Job Summary: Corbion is seeking a Warehouse Operator to ensure proper storage of products, maintain area order and cleanliness, and support dispatching and supply of raw materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Properly store finished products and raw materials. 2. Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. 3. Support in dispatching and supplying raw materials. As our next Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for properly storing finished products and/or raw materials within the warehouse, as well as maintaining area order and cleanliness. Additionally, you will support the dispatch of finished products to the external warehouse and supply raw materials to production personnel. **Responsibilities:** * Store raw materials (RM) and finished products (FP) according to the warehouse layout, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards. * Notify the Warehouse Supervisor and/or Warehouse Coordinator of any changes in RM and FP storage locations if implemented due to overproduction requirements. * Receive incoming RM notified for arrival at the warehouse and issue the corresponding notification to the Purchased Materials Management process. * Place received RM in the designated area for approval, followed by release by Quality upon approval. * Prepare FPs for shipment, ensuring material integrity during handling; in case of damage to FPs during execution of this activity, notify the supervisor and physically replace damaged packaging materials; in cases where damage jeopardizes FP integrity (e.g., blends, premixes), notify the Warehouse Supervisor and QC for necessary corrective actions. * Prepare and supply RMs to the production area per previously assigned requests, adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out). * Support the Warehouse Coordinator and/or Warehouse Supervisor in executing cycle counts. * Perform warehouse cleaning and maintain order in accordance with POES and the Master Cleaning Plan. **Knowledge and Experience Level:** * Education: High school diploma or equivalent. * Preferred: 1 year of experience as a warehouse clerk, warehouse assistant, or forklift operator. * Knowledge areas: Warehouse operations. * Tool proficiency: Forklift operation, hydraulic pallet truck usage, and familiarity with cycle inventory counting. **About Corbion** Corbion is the global market leader in lactic acid and its derivatives, and a leading supplier of emulsifiers, functional enzyme blends, minerals, vitamins, and algal ingredients.
