Position Summary: SEPROCESA is seeking a Warehouse Manager to coordinate warehouse management and organization, supervising goods and control processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate warehouse management and organization. 2. Supervise goods and warehouse control processes. 3. Lead the warehouse team and coordinate inventories. SEPROCESA is a company dedicated to the sale of cash processing equipment with over 28 years in the market. We are looking for a WAREHOUSE MANAGER—join our team! Position Mission: Coordinate warehouse management and organization. REQUIREMENTS: Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree. Minimum 3 years of prior experience as Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or Coordinator. FUNCTIONS: Supervise that stored goods are complete, in good condition, and properly organized according to requirements. Coordinate the warehouse team. Supervise the execution of all warehouse control processes. Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices. Coordinate inventory counts and follow up on their completion. Receive and classify products. Support physical inventory reviews and counts per established procedures. Execute inbound and outbound procedures in the internal ERP system. Monthly reporting. REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in SAE (inventory system). Provide assistance and support to company personnel. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. Saturdays, 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
