Management of IT asset inventory and data recovery. **TIARA** A leading company in the import and sale of costume jewelry, handicrafts, and novelty items invites you to join our team as: **Technical Support Assistant for Systems** *Job Objective:* Provide first-level technical support to company users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure optimal operation of equipment, services, and software applications, and to preserve the organization’s data privacy and security. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preventive maintenance and repair of computer equipment and printers (ticket, laser, and inkjet) * Installation of hardware and software components * Address user inquiries regarding hardware and software * Manage procurement of hardware and software based on user and organizational needs * Operating system installation and software configuration * Technical issue resolution for computer equipment * Management of IT asset inventory (hardware and software) * Complete computer recovery and restoration process (data backup, formatting, operating system installation, utilities and other components, user account and service configuration, data restoration, etc.) * Collaborate with the Technical Support and Systems Coordinator on special projects and tasks * Email account configuration * Remote support * Knowledge of structured cabling * Installation and configuration of analog and IP cameras **KNOWLEDGE:** * Windows * Configuration of digital and analog cameras * Repair of ticket and laser printers * Structured cabling **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Computer Science or related field * Knowledge of: ERP systems, Microsoft Office suite, preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment and printers, Windows-based operating systems, networks **WE OFFER:** * Weekly base salary: $2,700 MXN (tax-free) * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, vacation premium, Afore, Infonavit) * Direct employment with the company * Complimentary uniforms If you are interested, please apply through this channel and we will contact you shortly!
