Opportunity for professional growth Lead, manage, and develop the team of executives in your zone to ensure achievement of joint commercial goals. The Supervisor operates under a hybrid model: serving as the primary strategist and personnel administrator, while also actively closing complex sales on the floor. Their mission is to ensure module profitability, validate that sales meet strict quality criteria, maintain an ethical and productive work environment, and generate higher-complexity sales closures. **Responsibilities:** * Lead by example through individual prospecting, outreach, and sales closing to contribute to the zone’s overall sales quota, and intervene strategically to close higher-complexity sales. * Ensure module coverage from Monday to Sunday, reporting incidents and providing administrative follow-up for assigned personnel. * Accompany executives during training, provide feedback on their sales techniques and incident handling, and train them on new strategies or methodologies. * Track weekly sales volume per executive to encourage performance and identify areas for improvement. Rigorously supervise compliance with quality indicators, ensuring the team does not underperform due to failure to meet targets. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years as a Supervisor, Coordinator, or Team Leader in field sales, financial services, money exchange, or module operations. (Prior experience managing commission-based teams preferred.) * **Education:** Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
