




**Shift Coordinator / Assistant Operations Manager** At **CORDIA Café y Plantas**, we are seeking a person capable of leading an entire shift, ensuring order, quality, and an excellent experience for every customer. This position combines daily operations, administrative control, and team leadership. **Nature of the Role** This role integrates operations, leadership, and control. **Hybrid Role:** * **60% operational** (counter, service, floor) * **40% administrative** (control, KPIs, follow-up) You will be responsible for the full shift and the floor team. **Job Functions Operations** * Coordinate and supervise the team during the shift * Ensure excellence in customer service * Maintain quality in beverages, food, and presentation * Support at the counter and during customer interactions * Maintain order, cleanliness, and aesthetics of the space **Administration** * Cash handling, cash-outs, and cash control * Basic inventory and consumption tracking * Monitoring of KPIs (sales, timing, shrinkage) * Support with supplier orders * Incident reporting **Leadership** * Train and guide the team * Resolve issues in real time * Maintain the operational rhythm of the shift * Ensure adherence to Cordia standards **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma (minimum) * **Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree (preferred)** in: * Business Administration * Gastronomy * Tourism * Business or related fields * Proven experience **in cafés, restaurants, or retail** * Experience in **personnel management or shift coordination** * Flexible availability (including weekends and rotating shifts) * Residence within a maximum 25-minute commute from the location **Knowledge and Experience** * Basic inventory management * Input control and supplier relations * Sales target tracking * Basic understanding of KPIs (sales, shrinkage, timing) * Cash handling and cash control * Resolution of operational incidents **Key Skills** * Operational organization and orderliness * Attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Problem-solving ability * Clear and effective communication * Structured thinking **Personal Profile** * Proactive and solution-oriented attitude * Passion for customer service * Interest in coffee and hospitality * Positive energy and genuine interpersonal approach * Interest in growth within the project **Benefits** * Salary increases based on growth * Discounts on in-store consumption * Employee parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Ongoing training * Medium-term career development plan **Schedule** Rotating shifts: Opening / Mid-shift / Closing One day off per week **Location** Cordia Café y Plantas \- SM Privada Residencial, Av.
