Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields * Minimum 3–4 years of proven sales experience * Experience in supervisory, coordination, or "Senior" roles with personnel reporting Skills: * CRM proficiency * Intermediate Excel * Sales techniques * Empathetic leadership * Assertive communication * Results orientation * Conflict resolution Responsibilities * KPI Monitoring: Supervise daily metrics such as calls made, scheduled visits, and conversion rate. * CRM Management: Ensure the team maintains an updated database and organized sales pipelines. * Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on progress toward goals. * Coaching: Identify areas for improvement. * Motivation: Maintain team morale and foster a culture of healthy competition. * Onboarding: Train new hires on internal processes and product knowledge. * Strategic liaison between Commercial Management and sales representatives nationwide.
