




Job Summary: Sales Coordinator to supervise the commercial process, manage customers and prospects, support the advisory team, prepare sales reports, and control inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of sales reports and analysis of key performance indicators. **SALES COORDINATOR** Coordinate and supervise the sales process **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Update customer information, sales opportunities, and progress of the commercial process. · Register and track prospects in the CRM system. · Support advisors in prospect and customer follow-up. · Manage customer files, purchase contracts, and sales-related documentation. · Post-sales follow-up. · Prepare sales reports and analyze key performance indicators. · Maintain up-to-date inventory control of units. · Coordinate product or unit preparation and delivery to customers. **EXPERIENCE** 2 years of sales experience (preferably in the automotive sector) **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field. **SKILLS:** Sales ability, negotiation skills, extroverted personality, proactive attitude, organizational skills, strong verbal communication, punctuality, responsibility, and good spelling **REQUIRED SOFTWARE OR TOOLS:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) CRM system proficiency. **SALARY** $18,000 monthly net \+ sales bonuses Weekly payment **BENEFITS:** Statutory benefits **WORK LOCATION:** Col.
