This role combines **client relations**, **technical quotations**, **commercial follow-up**, and **coordination with engineering and production teams**. **Responsibilities** * Handle quotation requests and provide timely follow-up on each project. * Prepare quotations for equipment, conveyors, integrations, and turnkey projects. * Coordinate with engineering to obtain technical information and validate feasibility. * Update CRM / ERP systems and generate sales reports (Bind ERP desirable). * Follow up with active clients and industrial prospects. * Manage purchase orders and delivery schedules. * Maintain communication with procurement, production, and engineering departments. * Prepare commercial documentation, simple contracts, and formal proposals. **Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or related field. *(Business Administration or related fields considered if industrial experience is present.)* * **Experience:** * Minimum **3 years** in technical sales or industrial quotations. * Experience in **automation, metalworking, manufacturing, or machinery**. * Proficiency in quotations and cost analysis. * Direct B2B customer service experience. * Basic ability to read technical drawings (desirable). * Technical English proficiency (desirable). * Intermediate level in Excel and CRM software. **Required Skills** * Effective client communication * Negotiation and follow-up skills * Time management and organizational abilities * Attention to detail in quotations and contracts * Teamwork with technical departments * Results-oriented mindset **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience * Bonuses for meeting performance goals * Professional growth through automation projects * Stable and professional work environment * Training in industrial products and solutions * Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site position
