FUNCTIONS Develop a work plan for customer service Supervise and train the team Implement sales models and motivation schemes Prepare and submit activity reports Follow up on customer complaints or suggestions Negotiate and organize sponsorship events for special days with retail chains or pharmacies and/or with the corporate office.
