




**Marketing Coordinator – Manchester** We are seeking a strategic, highly creative professional with omnichannel marketing experience to lead brand and customer acquisition strategy and execution in Manchester. **Responsibilities** **Strategy and Brand** * Define and execute the integrated marketing strategy (online + offline). * Develop brand positioning and awareness strategies. * Lead the evolution of visual identity and brand narrative, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints: product, point of sale, social media, e-commerce, and PR. **Campaigns and Communications** * Coordinate creative campaigns: product launches, physical and digital events, sponsorships, and collaborations. * Implement paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok. * Manage relationships with external agencies (PR, creative, performance) and oversee brand content production. * Develop ambassador programs, content creator initiatives, and strategic partnerships. **Performance and Growth** * Oversee digital customer acquisition strategy via Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplaces. * Define KPIs and ensure achievement of ROAS, CAC, average order value, and conversion targets. * Drive CRM, automation, and customer experience personalization initiatives. * Produce performance reports and implement data-driven improvements. **Budget Management and Data-Driven Culture** * Define and manage marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI. * Analyze campaign results and consumer research to inform strategic decision-making. * Foster an internal culture grounded in data analysis and continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (postgraduate degree preferred). * Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years leading teams. * Experience in fashion, consumer goods, or retail industries is preferred. * Knowledge of digital marketing trends, brand building, and retail. * Outstanding leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills. **Offer** * Salary: **$50,000 gross per month** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: * 30-day year-end bonus * 40% vacation premium * Monthly food allowance of $3,440 * Location: **Loma Larga neighborhood, Monterrey, N.L.** **Contact:** moises.perez@celekta.com Employment type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site
