Coordinate and execute sales planning strategies for the Retail channel, ensuring accurate data analysis, demand forecasting, inventory control, and tracking of commercial KPIs. Directly contribute to achieving sales, profitability, and operational efficiency goals for the business unit. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate demand planning processes for Retail accounts, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts. * Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and market behavior to develop supply strategies. * Monitor purchase plans, inventory coverage, and sell\-out projections. * Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure proper execution of business plans. * Generate and present executive reports with commercial performance analysis, KPIs, and strategic recommendations. * Identify risks and opportunities in achieving commercial objectives and propose corrective actions. * Support the implementation of tools and continuous improvement processes related to planning and forecasting. * Ensure alignment with brands and strategic partners to meet product availability and turnover goals. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, International Business, or related field. * 2 to 4 years of experience in demand planning, sales planning, or supply chain (ideally in retail or technology distribution). * Solid knowledge of sales forecasting, inventory control, and data analysis. * Intermediate\-advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts). * Experience with planning tools (SAP, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is desirable. * Intermediate English (desirable). **Competencies** * Analytical thinking and strategic focus. * Strong results orientation. * Ability to work in teams and coordinate across multiple areas. * Effective communication and presentation skills. * Organization, follow\-up, and attention to detail. * Adaptability to dynamic and high\-pressure environments. **We Offer** * Career development opportunities in a global leader in technology distribution. * Dynamic and collaborative environment. * Ongoing training and exposure to leading brands. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements and a career development plan.
