**High-Specialty Nursing Coordinator**
Mexican Republic \| Position with per diems and covered travel

We are a nationally expanding company specializing in intraoperative neurological safety and high-specialty surgical support. We work with hospitals across the country and are seeking someone who knows the operating room from the inside to lead regional operations.
**What will you do on a day-to-day basis?**
* Coordinate and supervise Regional Coordinators in surgical instrumentation
* Ensure compliance with clinical, operational, and sterilization protocols
* Manage schedules, personnel, and resources for surgical procedures
* Monitor operational indicators and generate regional reports
* Maintain direct relationships with hospitals, physicians, and institutional clients
* Support business development activities: site visits, follow-ups, and presentations
* Represent the company at healthcare congresses and industry events
**What you need to have**
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing with official degree certificate and professional license (mandatory)
* Demonstrable experience in surgical instrumentation
* Experience coordinating clinical teams or departments (mandatory)
* Knowledge of spinal surgery or neurosurgery (preferred)
* Valid driver's license
* Availability for nationwide travel
* Intermediate English proficiency
