Negotiation of details with clients We are seeking a Groups and Conventions Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, availability for travel, valid visa and passport, and personnel management skills. Responsibilities: * Deliver personalized service to clients. * Coordinate all logistical aspects of events. * Manage reservations and coordinate room or venue assignments for events. * Negotiate specific details with clients, including rates, contractual terms, technical requirements, and any other relevant aspects. * Advise clients on service options and packages best suited to their needs and budget. * Conduct post\-event follow\-up to collect feedback, ensure client satisfaction, and gather information for future improvements. * Utilize event management systems and other technological tools to facilitate efficient planning and coordination. * Address and resolve any logistical issues or challenges arising during event planning and execution. * Collaborate with the sales team to promote departmental services and attract new events and clients.
